Commissioner Ellis commits $10million to new bike and pedestrian improvements!

Even as Park-Smart Precinct One is still underway, Precinct One Commissioner Rodney Ellis announced today the big news that Precinct One would be committing $10million over the next year to improving bike infrastructure across the Precinct to benefit all residents. The commitment will make it safer and easier for residents to recreate and commute by bike, and help to connect key places across Houston. To implement the funds, the Precinct will be partnering with the City of Houston and other key stakeholders wherever possible.
